Refund and Returns Policy

BlissBathCo Refund Policy :

At BlissBathCo, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your candle purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned candle, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we offer an exchange. Please contact us at blissbathcohelp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized candles.
  • Gift cards.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  • If you’re shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
